This page has been tested with Firefox 3, Safari 3, IE7 and Google Chrome on Windows XP platform.
The only issue: A little mess on IE7 with the top panel.
The average user tends to use Internet Explorer, since it comes preinstalled with Windows. Most do not seek out other browsers.
IE7 is so buggy and it's a piece of crap browser. Read this for more details.
